These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from Sheejan through our website, social media pages, WhatsApp, or Telegram. By placing an order or downloading any digital product, you accept the terms listed below.
1. Nature of Our Products
Sheejan currently sells digital products such as Malayalam fonts, typography bundles, posters, PSD files, Illustrator templates, and other downloadable design materials. These are instant digital goods delivered electronically and not physical items.
2. How Orders Are Processed
We promote our products via Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp groups, and Telegram channels. Customers contact us directly to purchase. Once payment is made, the customer must share a payment screenshot for verification. After verification, we provide the download link for the product.
3. Payments
Currently, our website does not have a payment gateway. All payments are accepted via UPI or bank transfer. A valid payment confirmation (screenshot or message) is required before the order is delivered. A payment gateway will be added in the future for smoother online checkout.
4. Delivery of Digital Files
After confirming payment, we provide the downloadable files through WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or a direct download link. Delivery is usually instant but may take up to a few minutes depending on availability. All files are provided in ZIP, PNG, PDF, AI, PSD, FML, TTF, or OTF formats depending on the product.
5. No Refund Policy
Since all items sold are digital products, they cannot be returned or “un-downloaded”. Therefore, no refunds or cancellations will be provided for any purchase. Please ensure you review the product details properly before making a payment.
6. Usage Rights
Purchased products may be used for personal and commercial projects unless otherwise mentioned. However, redistributing, reselling, forwarding, sharing publicly, or uploading our files to any marketplace is strictly prohibited. Files are licensed for your usage only.
7. Accuracy of Information
We try our best to ensure product images, previews, file formats, and descriptions are accurate. However, actual colors, resolution, and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or software.
8. Future Additions
Apart from digital products, Sheejan will soon expand into physical local products such as: dress materials, handmade cakes, vegetables, mushrooms, and other family-run items. Additional terms for these will be updated once we launch them.
9. Changes to Terms
These terms may change or update occasionally. Customers are encouraged to check this page regularly for the most updated version. Continued use of our website or purchase of products means you agree to the updated Terms & Conditions.
